Olympic Distance
Fast enough to hurt, short enough to sharpen.
1.5 km swim. 40 km bike. 10 km run. Olympic distance sits at the point where aerobic endurance and genuine speed both matter, and neither one covers for a weakness in the other. It's a demanding distance to race well, and a rewarding one to train for.
Who this is for
Time-crunched age-group triathletes who want a result that reflects real speed, not just endurance. Suited to athletes racing Olympic as their main season goal, to longer-course triathletes using it to sharpen pace and race craft between bigger events, and to newer triathletes who want a genuinely competitive first full-triathlon result.
Structured for how you train
Each distance is available in four combinations, so you can train exactly how your equipment and usual approach support, swim is guided by RPE and pace throughout, with bike and run structured to match your setup:
Bike Heart Rate, Run Heart Rate
Bike Power, Run Heart Rate
Bike Power, Run Pace
Bike Power, Run Power
