Sense Endurance is a coaching business based in the Netherlands. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch privacy law. Sense Endurance · sense-endurance.com · [email protected] · The Netherlands.

1. What We Collect

We collect contact information (name, email, phone number), communication data from forms and messages, payment information processed securely by third-party providers, newsletter sign-up details where you have opted in, and standard usage data including IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited.

2. Why We Collect It

Your data is used to deliver and manage coaching and training services, respond to enquiries, send newsletters and updates where you have consented, improve how the site functions, and meet any legal obligations we are subject to. The legal bases we rely on are consent, contract performance, and legitimate interest.

3. How We Protect It

Data is stored securely with access restricted to those who need it. Appropriate encryption and security measures are in place. We keep data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. Where necessary to operate our services, we share data with trusted third parties: our hosting provider, Brevo for email, Stripe, PayPal, and iDEAL for payment processing, and Google Analytics for site usage. All processors are GDPR-compliant and act under our instructions.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how it is processed, to withdraw consent at any time, and to request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your device that help the site function and allow us to understand how it is used. We use three categories: necessary cookies, required for the site to operate; analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the site; and marketing cookies, used to serve relevant advertising. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences or withdraw consent at any time, and you can also manage or block cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect how the site works.

7. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements.

8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or in how we operate. The revised version will be published here with an updated date.

9. Contact and Complaints

For any privacy-related questions, email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch Data Protection Authority, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
