Coaching
What can I expect from 1:1 coaching?
You’ll get a fully personalised training programme, direct communication with your coach, race strategy support, and structured feedback to help you get faster, stronger, and more confident. We don’t just hand you a plan. We build your season with purpose.
How often will I hear from my coach?
You’ll receive ongoing feedback and can message any time with questions, adjustments, or for extra guidance.
Do I need to be at a certain level to work with you?
No. We coach athletes at all levels, from first-time triathletes to Kona qualifiers. What matters most is your commitment to the process.
How many athletes do you coach at once?
We keep our coaching squad intentionally small to provide high-level, personal support. Every athlete gets the time and attention they need.
Training Plans
What’s the difference between a training plan and coaching?
A training plan gives you a structured, proven programme to follow on your own. Coaching includes direct feedback, strategy adjustments, and tailored support. Plans give you the “what.” Coaching gives you the “how” and “why.”
Can I adjust a training plan after purchasing it?
Yes. You can shift sessions to fit your schedule. If you want a more tailored approach, coaching may be a better fit.
Are your plans suitable for beginners?
Yes. We offer plans for different levels, including beginners, experienced age groupers, and even time-crunched athletes with less time to train.
How are the plans delivered?
All plans are delivered through TrainingPeaks, where you can track and follow your workouts easily from any device.
Racing and Strategy
Do you help with race strategy and execution?
Yes. For coached athletes, we build race plans tailored to your fitness, race profile, and goals. For training plan users, we provide guidance within the plan itself. Coaching is always an option if you want more personalised support.
Can you help me prepare for my first full distance?
Absolutely. We have dedicated plans and coaching strategies for full-distance racing, focused on calm execution, strength, and smart pacing.
Do you offer support on race week?
Yes. Coached athletes receive detailed race week guidance and strategy adjustments if needed.
Payments and Policies
How do I pay for coaching or plans?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or iDeal. Plans are one-time purchases through the TrainingPeaks platform, while coaching is billed monthly.
Can I cancel coaching at any time?
Yes. Coaching can be cancelled with notice in line with our Terms and Conditions.
Do you offer refunds on training plans?
TrainingPeaks handles plan refunds on a case by case basis to protect the author’s intellectual property. You must submit a written request to TrainingPeaks within 24 hours of purchase with a brief explanation. TrainingPeaks will review and decide whether to approve the refund.
However, you can always email us and we’ll swap out your plan for another one of our plans at no cost.
General
Do I need devices to follow your plans?
Depending on the plan you’re using, you’ll need either a heart rate monitor, GPS watch, power meter on the bike, or power meter for the run.
Do you work with international athletes?
Yes. Our coaching structure is fully remote, and we currently coach athletes across multiple countries.
Can I switch from a training plan to coaching later on?
Yes. Many athletes start with a plan and move to coaching once they want more structure, accountability, and personal support.
