I analyse your files every day, watching how you absorb the work, adjusting the schedule, and pushing you when you're ready. We leave nothing to guesswork, from daily execution to race-day pacing and fueling. You offload all the thinking and decision-making to me. You just show up and do the work.

THE ESSENTIALS is for you if:

You are self-sufficient and just need the roadmap. You don’t need a coach texting you after a Tuesday interval session. You want the Sense Endurance training philosophy without the daily oversight. I hand you a proven 4-week block, you put your head down and execute, and we get on a call at the end of the month to review the data and plan the next phase.

  • A good programme fits your real week, not an imaginary one. You want training that connects swim, bike and run, gets you stronger where it matters, and improves what you can hold together when fatigue shows up. If it’s just “more training”, it’s not coaching, it’s a calendar.

  • Sense Endurance Coaching offers personalised triathlon coaching: your week is built around your actual time, your strengths and weak links, and the demands of your race. I adjust the plan based on feedback and performance so you keep progressing instead of guessing.

  • Yes. Race strategy is part of the service, so your training turns into a better race rather than a good set of numbers. Pacing, fuelling, and execution are treated as skills, not last-minute admin.

  • Committed age-group triathletes who want steady progress without overcomplicating things. Especially the time-crunched triathletes who need sessions that actually carry over into racing.

  • Coaching is ongoing support: planning, feedback, and adjustments when life or training response changes. A training plan is a fixed structure you follow on your own. If you want it tailored and kept on track week by week, coaching is the better fit.

  • No. Coaching is billed month to month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the final billing cycle.

  • You get a personalised triathlon training programme built around your life and race goals. Training is adjusted week by week based on how you’re responding, with ongoing support for questions and quick changes when needed. Race strategy is included, so you’re not guessing when it matters.

  • No refunds. If injury or life gets in the way, we can pause coaching for an agreed period and restart when it makes sense.

  • Occasionally, depending on location and demand. If you want in-person sessions or a camp, contact us and we’ll see what’s realistic.

  • Feedback is mainly through TrainingPeaks comments, backed up by email and direct messages. If a topic needs more than back-and-forth messages, we’ll schedule a call and sort it properly.

  • It depends on your coaching track. In The Squad, your plan is dynamic. I analyse your files continuously and adjust your schedule proactively as life happens.

    In The Essentials, you receive a custom 4-week block that you execute independently, with a comprehensive review at the end of the month.

  • Sense Endurance Coaching uses TrainingPeaks. This platform connects with Garmin, Wahoo and similar tools so workouts can land on your watch or head unit as structured sessions.

  • Yes, but the method depends on your tier.

    Squad athletes have priority WhatsApp access for real-time support.

    Essentials athletes keep all communication streamlined exclusively within TrainingPeaks workout comments, which I review regularly.

  • Nothing dramatic. We adjust the week and keep moving. One missed session is normal. What matters is the trend over months, not one box unticked.

  • If you are in The Squad, I step in and proactively adapt your week to manage the fatigue or pain.

    If you are in The Essentials, you manage your own day-to-day schedule adjustments, but you can leave notes in TrainingPeaks for us to address during your monthly strategy call.

  • We track performance markers and race execution, but we also look at what you can repeat without falling apart. Progress shows up as better control at the right efforts, steadier weeks, and training that leaves you more durable rather than constantly cooked.
