Coaching is ongoing support: planning, feedback, and adjustments when life or training response changes. A training plan is a fixed structure you follow on your own. If you want it tailored and kept on track week by week, coaching is the better fit.

No. Coaching is billed month to month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the final billing cycle.

You get a personalised triathlon training programme built around your life and race goals. Training is adjusted week by week based on how you’re responding, with ongoing support for questions and quick changes when needed. Race strategy is included, so you’re not guessing when it matters.

Feedback is mainly through TrainingPeaks comments, backed up by email and direct messages. If a topic needs more than back-and-forth messages, we’ll schedule a call and sort it properly.
